Yusomart – Easy User Guide
Welcome to Yusomart.com.
This guide will help you log in, post ads, and manage your store if you are a seller.
1. Login
Go to yusomart.com
Click “Login” at the top-right corner
Enter your email and password
Click “Sign In”
You will now see your Dashboard.
2. Dashboard Overview
Your Dashboard is where you manage everything on Yusomart.
From here, you can:
Post or manage listings
Read and reply to messages
View bookings
Manage your store and orders
3. Listings (Post or Manage Ads)
Use the Listings section if you want to post ads for services, rentals, events, or general items.
This section is suitable for individuals or service providers who want to advertise something.
It is not for selling products through the online store.
Add a Listing
Go to Dashboard → Listings → Add Listing
Choose what type of listing you want to post:
Service (for example: cleaning, tutoring, photography)
Rent (for example: car, room, equipment for rent)
Event (for example: workshop, bazaar, concert)
Classifieds (general items or offers)
Fill in the title, price, description, and upload pictures
Click “Submit”
My Listings
Active: Your listings that are live on the site
Pending: Listings waiting for approval
Expired: Listings that have ended
Coupons (Optional)
You can give discounts to your customers.
To add a coupon:
Go to Dashboard → Coupons → Add New Coupon
Create a coupon code (for example: SAVE10), set the discount and expiry date
Click “Save”
To show a coupon on your listing:
Go to Appearance → Widgets → Single Listing Page
Add the “Coupon Widget”
Select your coupon to display it
4. Messages
Check your inbox for messages from customers.
You can reply directly to them from your Dashboard.
It is good practice to reply quickly.
5. Bookings
This is where you can view or manage bookings from customers.
You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel a booking if needed.
6. Bookmarks
Use Bookmarks to save listings or products that you want to view later.
7. Store (For Sellers Only)
Use the Store section if you want to sell physical or digital products on Yusomart.
This section is for vendors or business owners who want to run an online shop.
Store Dashboard
Here you can see your total sales, number of orders, and store performance.
Add a Product
Go to Dashboard → Products → Add New Product
Add your product name, price, photos, and description
Click “Submit”
Manage Products
You can edit, update, or delete your products anytime from the Products list.
Orders
This page shows all customer orders.
Each order shows the order number, total amount, earned amount, order status, customer details, and date.
You can:
Update the order status (for example: from Pending to Completed)
Add a note to an order
Customer note: The customer will receive an email notification
Private note: Only you can see it
Add shipment tracking by including the courier name, tracking number, and shipping date
Reports and Reviews
Reports: Shows your sales and performance summary
Reviews: Shows customer feedback about your products
8. Settings
This section lets you update all your store details.
Store Settings
You can edit:
Store name, logo, and description
Payment methods
Shipping options
Social media links
Verification
You can upload your ID or business documents to verify your store.
9. Account
My Profile: Update your name, photo, or contact details
Logout: Click to safely exit your account
10. Difference Between Listings and Store
